Job Description

  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to enhance visibility and impact in the retail industry.
  • Oversee the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Ensure brand consistency and alignment with business objectives across all touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive brand initiatives and ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Analyze market trends and consumer insights to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Lead the development of creative assets to support marketing efforts.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of branding efforts and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Act as the brand ambassador, representing the company\'s image and values internally and externally.

    A successful Marketing and Brand Strategy Head should have :

  • A strong background in marketing or branding, preferably within the retail industry.
  • Proven expertise in developing and implementing brand strategies.
  • Experience leading and managing cross-functional teams.
