We’re looking for a Production Associate – Fulfillment Staff to join our publishing team! This role is focused on project coordination and author support, ensuring smooth workflows and timely updates.

What You’ll Do :

Monitor ongoing publishing projects and keep records accurate and updated.

Coordinate with authors through calls and emails to follow up on manuscripts, requirements, and deadlines.

Provide regular project status updates to the production team.

Prepare and organize documents related to publishing projects.

Support overall production and fulfillment tasks as needed.
