Job descriptionEvaluation and validation of Change Orders / Extra Work Process contract billings for timely payment to contractor through approval in Sapphire Billing Management System Preparation of Contract Closure amendment through Issuance of Certificate of Completion and final acceptance Preparation of piece meal contracts Licensed Civil Engineer With at least 1 year experience as Quantity Surveyor / Contracts Engineer - Retail and building Willing to be assigned in Alabang Muntinlupa With ready requirements and can start asap
This is a project-based contract with a duration of 12 months.
The Quantity Surveyor conducts bidding, award of proposed project, payment processing and monitoring of the project from bidding to contract close-out. Other responsibilities involved are tabulation and evaluation of bids, preparation of control estimates, evaluation of change orders prior during construction and preparation of contract closure amendments.
