Product Listing Specialist (Onsite)

Job description :

We're seeking a detail-oriented Product Listing Specialist to join our e-commerce team and play a key role in ensuring product data is precise, comprehensive, and optimized for success in the market. If you have excellent attention to detail, advanced Excel skills, and experience working with platforms like NetSuite and Shopify, this position is an ideal match for you.

Key Responsibilities :

Input, update, and manage product data across multiple platforms, including NetSuite, Shopify, and internal databases.

Collect, standardize, and organize product content, including titles, descriptions, specifications, images, pricing, and packaging details.

Utilize Excel and other spreadsheet tools to structure, validate, and prepare data for seamless import and publication.

Create product bundles, kits, and multipacks, ensuring accurate component mapping.

Ensure correct product categorization and consistently apply taxonomy guidelines.

Collaborate closely with the Merchandising, Supply Chain, and E-commerce teams to prioritize product launches and updates.

Safeguard sensitive company information, including pricing and sales data, maintaining confidentiality at all times.

Foster a positive, collaborative team environment and take on additional responsibilities as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Advanced proficiency in Excel, including formulas, data validation, conditional formatting, XLOOKUP / INDEX-MATCH, and managing large data sets.

Experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify and ERP systems such as NetSuite is preferred.

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and management.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to follow complex instructions and prioritize tasks.

Self-driven and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

Familiarity with Product Information Management (PIM) or Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems.

Understanding of SEO best practices, particularly for optimizing product content and image naming conventions.

Experience in the retail, publishing, or e-commerce sectors.
