Job Title : Delivery Manager – Azure Databricks

Location : Makati City, Philippines

Business Unit : Enterprise Data Platform (EDP)

Job Mandate :

Responsible for the end-to-end technical delivery of Data & Analytics projects, particularly those involving Azure Databricks, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget.

Key Responsibilities :

Project Delivery :

Lead delivery of Data & Analytics projects using Azure Databricks.

Ensure adherence to BDO’s SDLC processes.

Manage scope, schedule, and budget commitments.

Planning & Reporting :

Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.

Provide regular status updates to stakeholders.

Risk & Resource Management :

Monitor risks, issues, dependencies.

Manage project team onboarding / offboarding and resource utilization.

Stakeholder Collaboration :

Coordinate with other Delivery Managers and Project Managers.

Ensure alignment across integrated platforms.

Testing & Quality Assurance :

Oversee SIT and UAT phases.

Track defects and resolutions.

Technical Leadership :

Provide guidance to team members.

Support change management and impact analysis.

Vendor Management :

Handle vendor relationships and performance.

Ensure compliance with BDO standards and training.

Documentation & Transition :

Ensure quality documentation and smooth handover to production support.

Qualifications :

Strong experience in Azure Databricks, data platforms, and analytics.

Proven track record in project delivery and team management.

Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and PMP methodologies is a plus.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
