Warehouseman

Specific Duties & Responsibilities : - Maintain accurate inventory and shipping records - Receives incoming products and verifies that they are of sound quality; reports damaged products, if any - Manage and organizes warehouse items by arranging / stocking products to racks in accordance to FIFO inventory method - Review and approved issuance slip. - File all paperwork per documented procedures - Enforce safety practices and environmental safety - Note and report discrepancies and obvious damages upon inspection of material - Assist in warehouse operations with maximum efficiency - Responsible for verifying incoming materials and stock materials received completed products from in house production - Receive incoming shipments of supplies from outside vendors - Maintain inventory level based on established EOQ - Conduct cycle inventory count on a monthly basis and reconciliation of variance. - Submit monthly, quarterly report and annual inventory, receipt and issuance Qualifications : - 2-3 years of experience - Business related course graduate, accounting graduate is a plus. - With experience in handling enterprise resource planning - Knowledgeable on inventory management and purchase order tracking for accountability / receiving. - Excellent organizational and time management skills. - Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
