Lead Generation Specialist

Job Description : We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing team.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads to support our sales pipeline.

Your primary goal is to generate high-quality leads through outbound calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and other lead-generation techniques.

Key Responsibilities : Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach to identify and qualify leads.

Research and gather data on potential clients or business opportunities.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system.

Schedule appointments or follow-ups for the sales team.

Collaborate with the marketing and sales departments to develop lead-generation strategies.

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation quotas and KPIs.

Follow up on cold and warm leads and nurture them through the sales funnel.

Provide feedback and reporting on lead quality and campaign performance.

Qualifications : At least 2 years of experience in outbound lead generation(preferably in a BPO or sales-driven environment).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to generate and qualify leads effectively.

Experience using CRM tools such as Zoho, Salesforce, or HubSpot.

Comfortable making a high volume of calls and working in a fast-paced environment.

Highly organized and detail-oriented.

Tech-savvy and familiar with lead generation tools and platforms.

Must be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.

Preferred Skills (Not Required but a Plus) : Experience in the telecommunications or B2B services sector.

Background in appointment setting, customer qualification, or business development.

Familiarity with LinkedIn prospecting and other lead gen automation tools.
