We are looking for experienced Hostesses who are excited to join us on our new endeavor. Our Hostesses must be experienced, hospitable, warm, and high-spirited, with fine-dining experience and thrive in a fast-paced environment! The Hostess is responsible for creating an experience our guest will remember!

As a Hostess at Isabella’s, you are the first and last impression of the guest experience. Your role goes beyond seating tables, you will manage flow, support guest communication, and help maintain a polished, welcoming atmosphere. This is an ideal position for someone who is warm, organized, and passionate about hospitality at the highest level.

As the first and last point of guest interaction, the Host / Hostess sets the tone for the Isabella’s dining journey. This role requires poise, professionalism, and warmth.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Greet all guests with professionalism, warmth, and genuine enthusiasm
• Coordinate closely with servers and management to optimize seating strategy
• Handle phone calls, inquiries, and special requests with clarity and courtesy
• Provide personalized attention for repeat guests and special occasions
• Keep track of guest notes, preferences, and VIP details
• Maintain entrance and lobby area with a high standard of presentation
• Manage reservations and guest flow using booking platforms
• Maintain detailed knowledge of the reservation book, wait times, and VIPs
• Communicate with the FOH team to ensure smooth pacing and accurate seating
• Anticipate guest needs, accommodate special requests, and resolve issues with poise
• Maintain a clean, organized host stand and entry area at all times
• Ensure every guest feels seen, valued, and welcomed from arrival to departure
• Assist in guest recognition and maintain relationships with regulars
• Collaborate closely with managers, servers, and kitchen to deliver seamless service
• Assist with menu knowledge and guest communication when needed
• Attend daily pre-shift meetings and participate actively in team training
• Step in where needed to ensure smooth, seamless service across the dining room
