Job Purpose

To lead and oversee the design, coordination, and implementation of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection (MEPF) systems for large‑scale construction projects. This role involves ensuring compliance with local building codes, industry standards, and Bureau Veritas' quality and safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and Engineering

Develop comprehensive MEPF system designs, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection systems.

Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of MEPF systems.

Implement quality control procedures to verify compliance with project requirements and industry standards.

Prioritize safety on construction sites, enforcing safety protocols and regulations.

Monitor project costs and identify cost‑saving opportunities.

Prepare detailed engineering reports, technical documents, and project status reports.
