Digital Adoption Manager

Job Purpose :

We are seeking a Digital Enablement Manager to lead the company’s enterprise-wide digital adoption initiatives. This role is responsible for ensuring employees effectively utilize new digital tools and technologies, maximizing ROI on technology investments, and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and implement a company-wide digital adoption strategy aligned with organizational goals.

Collaborate with IT, business leaders, and external partners to drive digital transformation.

Design and deliver engaging learning experiences across multiple channels (training sessions, in-app guides, videos, etc.).

Oversee user support, identify adoption barriers, and implement improvement initiatives.

Monitor adoption KPIs, analyze performance data, and present progress reports to management.

Lead and mentor the Digital Adoption team to drive collaboration and high performance.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.

5–7 years of experience in digital transformation, change management, or learning and development.

Strong understanding of change management principles and digital adoption frameworks.

Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making and improvement.
