What You'll Do

We are looking for a results-driven Business Intelligence Analyst to join our growing team. This role will help transform data into actionable insights to support strategic decision-making across departments such as Marketing, Operations, Sales, and Product.

Key Responsibility Areas

• Build, maintain and improve on the infrastructure required for optimal ETL / ELT from a variety of data sources and manage Data Migration
• Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements, processes include data delivery, process automation, re-designing data infrastructure for greater scalability, etc.
• Create and implement algorithms for real-time data processing within the business, and creates the frameworks that enable quick and efficient Data Acquisition
• Develop analytical tools that utilize the data pipeline to generate actionable business insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address data-related technical needs and data infrastructure issues
• Create processes and controls to monitor data quality, accuracy, and availability for key stakeholders and business processes that depend on it including maintenance of documentations and best practice assets

What We're Looking For

Experience in the E-commerce or Fintech domain is preferred.
