Job descriptionPreferably a Certified Public Account and with experience in preparing Knowledgeable in Philippine Taxation, BIR compliance and audit processes. Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, financial systems and accounting Familiarity with government remittances (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), payroll Willing to work onsite in Quezon City. Assist in the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual Support the development of financial statements in compliance with local Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger and ensure proper Support the annual budgeting process by consolidating department inputs and Track actual performance against budget and report variances to Oversee timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and receipts. Reconcile accounts and follow up on outstanding balances or discrepancies. Assist in the preparation for internal and external audits. Ensure compliance with local tax laws, statutory reporting, and regulatory Prepare and file tax returns and other government-required submissions. Qualifications :
- Graduate of BS Accountancy or any related course.
- With at least 5 to 8 years of related work experience in accounting or financial
analysis.
