Key Responsibilities :
General Cleaning :
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust office floors, workspaces, and common areas (e.g., hallways, entryways, and conference rooms).
Clean and sanitize office furniture, desks, chairs, and countertops.
Clean windows, glass doors, and mirrors to ensure they are free of smudges and fingerprints.
Restroom Maintenance :
Clean and sanitize all restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and floors.
Restock paper towels, toilet paper, soap, and other restroom supplies as needed.
Ensure restrooms are fully stocked and hygienic at all times.
Kitchen and Break Room Maintenance :
Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, countertops, and appliances (microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, etc.).
Empty trash and recycling bins in kitchen and break room areas.
Clean dishes and utensils in the sink, if applicable.
Replenish supplies such as coffee, tea, napkins, and other kitchen essentials.
Trash and Recycling Management :
Empty all trash and recycling bins throughout the office and ensure proper disposal of waste.
Ensure that trash areas and recycling stations are organized and accessible.
Floor Care :
Clean and maintain floors, including vacuuming carpets, mopping tile or hardwood floors, and ensuring all areas are clean and dry.
Spot clean any stains or spills promptly.
Special Cleaning Tasks :
Deep cleaning of specific areas, including carpets, upholstery, and high-traffic areas as needed.
Assist with set-up and clean-up for office events or meetings as requested.
Maintain and replenish office cleaning supplies.
Safety and Hygiene :
Ensure all cleaning activities comply with safety and sanitation guidelines.
Follow health and safety regulations to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment for all staff.
Additional Duties :
Report any maintenance or repair needs to the facility manager.
Assist with other cleaning-related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications :
Previous experience in office cleaning or custodial work is preferred, but not required.
Familiarity with cleaning equipment and materials.
Skills :
Strong attention to detail with an ability to work independently.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
