Position : HR Generalist Manager

Work Schedule : Monday to Friday

Salary : Php90,000

Work Set Up : Onsite

Job Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, business administration or relevant field.

With at least of seven (7) years of experience in the Human Resources

With experience in Compensation and benefits management is an advantage

With experience working in a Japanese company is a plus

Amenable to attend interviews

Job Responsibilities :

Create HRAD policies and handbook in line with DOLE standards

Assess training needs and develop appropriate training programs accordingly.

Hire new employees based on workforce plans or to fill vacancies left by retiring staff

Manage employee 201 files (Expat and Non-expat)

Support the superior for any unexpected visitations by Banks, Hotel (director level

personnel), and Vendors / Partner
