Job descriptionRecruitment & Talent Acquisition Supervise and oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates. Screen resumes, shortlist applicants, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Ensure timely filling of vacancies while maintaining high-quality hiring standards. Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases. Team Leadership & Supervision Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback. Assign recruitment tasks and monitor workload distribution to ensure efficiency. Conduct training sessions for recruiters on best practices, tools, and compliance. Stakeholder Management Partner with department heads to understand workforce requirements and hiring needs. Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and universities. Provide regular recruitment progress reports and insights to HR management and business leaders. Compliance & Process Improvement Ensure recruitment practices comply with labor laws, company policies, and ethical standards. Monitor recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire) and implement improvements. Standardize recruitment processes to enhance candidate experience and efficiency. Employer Branding & Talent Engagement Promote the company as an employer of choice through career fairs, social media, and recruitment campaigns. Support employee referral programs and internal talent mobility initiatives. Stay updated on industry hiring trends and recommend innovative sourcing methods. Onboarding & Integration Oversee smooth onboarding of new hires in coordination with HR operations. Ensure proper handover of candidates to HR for orientation and training.
