The Brand Manager analyzes financial reports to develop strategies that drive brand performance, explores distribution opportunities, and leverages technology to execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns. They lead cross-functional teams, ensure timely execution of initiatives, and train stakeholders to meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Brand & Product Strategy : Develop and implement brand strategies, manage product lifecycles, and align local goals with overall business objectives through market research and competitor analysis.
- Marketing & Campaigns : Lead integrated marketing efforts across digital, PR, and in-store channels to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and loyalty.
- Retail & Visual Merchandising : Ensure brand consistency across retail channels, implement visual standards, and support sales teams to enhance in-store performance.
- Partnerships & Collaborations : Build and manage relationships with influencers, retailers, and partners to expand brand reach and visibility.
- Leadership & Budget Management : Lead cross-functional teams, mentor brand associates, and manage marketing budgets for efficient execution of initiatives.
Qualifications :
Graduate of BS Marketing Management or any related courseAt least 3 years of experience in the same capacity preferably in the retail industryProficient computer skills- MS Applications, Social MediaGood oral and written communicationGood interpersonal skillsHighly organized and attention to detail and accuracyHas a sense of urgency and follow-thru
