Vice President, Information Technology, PH

Minimum Requirements :

1. Must hold a SAFe 6.0 Agilist certification or demonstrate proven experience facilitating SAFe frameworks, including leading PI Planning, coaching ARTs, and implementing Lean‑Agile practices to drive measurable delivery improvements. (NON-NEGOTIABLE)

2. IT Service Delivery Experience

3. Strategic Leadership Experience

4. Excellent Communications and Project Management Skills

5. Worked with diverse teams in the US and India preferably, but this is not required

6. Have handled financial services companies or clients

7. Can work from home but must be willing to report to the office when required
