Job descriptionDesign and develop new appliance products, ensuring functionality, efficiency, Improve and innovate existing appliance models for better performance, energy Create and test prototypes, documenting results and recommending improvements. Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality assurance teams in developing Ensure compliance with safety standards, energy regulations, and industry Monitor competitor products and emerging technologies to maintain industry Prepare technical reports, drawings, and documentation for new designs and product Provide technical support to production and after-sales teams on product-related Participate in continuous improvement projects for manufacturing efficiency and Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics At least 2–3 years of experience in R&D, product design, or appliance development. Strong background in mechanical / electrical systems, appliance design, and Knowledge of appliance safety standards, energy efficiency guidelines, and certification Skilled in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar) and simulation tools for Analytical and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities. With background as an Executive Assistant – bringing skills in project coordination, Ability to conduct product testing, analyze performance data, and recommend design Strong communication and teamwork skills for coordination with cross-functional Project management skills and ability to handle multiple development projects. Creativity and innovation mindset in developing practical, user-friendly, and marketable
