About the role As a Performance Marketing Specialist,  you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing strategic paid media campaigns across different channels and mediums to boost customer and business growth.

What you’ll do : Be on top of campaign performance data to uncover trends, insights, and growth opportunities for the business Optimize budget allocation to maximize ROI and achieve cost-efficient results Conduct comprehensive keyword research to enhance search engine campaigns for lead generation, providing clear reporting and actionable insights to stakeholders on campaign performance Develop and execute A / B testing to maximize campaign effectiveness Create robust landing pages to boost conversions from ideal customer profiles Stay current with digital marketing trends, best practices, and emerging technologies Who you are : Experienced in managing campaigns across diverse platforms, with hands-on experience on paid social media advertising Practical experience with creative asset editing Strong attention to detail with proven ability to manage multiple campaigns while meeting deadlines Analytical mindset with data interpretation and problem-solving capabilities Excellence in cross-functional communication and collaboration At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing, campaign management, and performance metrics Powered by JazzHR
