Qualifications :

At least 18 years old and a high school graduate (old curriculum) or SHS graduate

With or without BPO experience

Good communication skills in English

Must be amenable to work on-site in Alabang once hired

Has a stable internet connection and computer / laptop (for virtual process)

Responsibilities :

Handle inbound or outbound calls professionally and efficiently

Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and requests

Provide accurate information and excellent customer service

Document customer interactions and feedback
