Job Title : Zoho Expert - Jewelry Business Migration & Management

Location : Remote

We are seeking a highly skilled Zoho Expert to migrate our jewelry company's core operations—including inventory, customer management, sales tracking, invoicing, and integrations—to Zoho One . The ideal candidate will ensure a seamless transition, optimize workflows, and manage the Zoho ecosystem effectively post-migration.

Responsibilities

• System Migration : Migrate inventory, customer data, sales records, invoices, and integrations to Zoho with minimal disruption
• Zoho CRM & Books Management : Configure and optimize Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, and other Zoho applications for sales and financial efficiency
• Integration & Automation : Set up Zoho Flow, Zapier, Make (Integromat), or Pabbly Connect for smooth third-party integrations
• Process Optimization : Develop custom Deluge scripts to automate tasks and enhance workflow efficiency
• Security & User Management : Ensure data security, manage user roles and permissions, and establish best practices for system use
• Training & Support : Provide training to team members on Zoho functionalities, troubleshoot system issues, and optimize performance
• Ongoing System Maintenance : Regularly update Zoho applications, enhance system capabilities, and improve efficiency based on business needs
