Branch Manager Makati San Juan Quezon Cebu

Position : BRANCH MANAGER / Female only no to Male please

Working location : SM Makati City, San Juan and SM North Edsa Quezon City

Working Location : SM City Cebu

Working schedule : Monday to Saturday

Working time : Mall time 9am-6pm / 10am to 7pm

Required : Experience- Candidates must have an experience from Retail, Hotel and Aesthetic Industry as a Branch Manager

Basic Salary : 25k to 30k plus to 35k + commission and good perks (to be discussed during the interview)

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Graduate of 4 year course, preferably medical or business related courses 
With minimum of 3 years experience in handling store / branch management particularly on Wellness & Grooming industry. 2 to 3 years as solid experience in either supervisory or managerial level. 
Highly organize and must be able to motivate her team, assess situations quickly and solve problems. 
Excellent written, verbal communication skills 
Must be able to work both independently and as a team player 
With sound judgment on handling basic to vital decision making, and can pay attention to internal and customers, and with excellent negotiation and speaking skills to resolve the issue 
Able to lead and handle cross functional roles or collaborative roles

Job Summary :

The position is responsible for leading, managing the branch’

efficient daily operation. The main objective of this post is the achievement of sales targets, increase sales drivers and efficiently & effectively deliver the service culture to its clients.
