Project Manager

Responsibilities :

Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, schedule, cost, risk, and resource requirements.

Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet changing demands and priorities.

Manage project budgets, procurement processes, and vendor contracts.

Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing status updates and addressing concerns.

Required Skills :

With at least ten (10) years work experience in Project Management (Waterfall and Agile) (MUST HAVE)

With experience in IT Application Development and Infrastructure (MUST HAVE)

With ample experience in Train / Railway Systems, Banking, and retail businesses (MUST HAVE)

Project management certification is an advantage – e.g. PMP, CAPM, PRINCE (MUST HAVE)

Must possess extensive knowledge and expertise in program / project management, portfolio management, systems development methodology

Competency in Analytical Problem Solving, Customer / Partner Relationships, Product & Technology Expertise, Project Management, Strategic Insight

Knowledge and proven experience in Project Management Methodologies and Project Lifecycle

Experience in project management and / or service delivery with demonstrable experience in managing projects, budgets, staff and delivery across a variety of technologies and businesses

Good experience in project control – strong budget, schedule, stakeholder, people, scope and change management skills

Working Set-up : Hybrid
