Job descriptionDirect the day-to-day activities of the Finance Department, ensuring adherence to standard Oversee the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring the preparation of Ensure completeness, timeliness, and accuracy of accounting records Prepare and analyze both monthly and annual financial reports to assess performance and Collaborate with auditors to ensure compliance with accounting standards and identify areas Verify and align operating expenses with approved budgets and user needs, ensuring Ensure compliance with external laws and regulations to support the company’s business Ensure timely and effective support to all departments and employees based on approved Conduct cost benefit analyses for all capital expenditure proposals to ensure attainment of Develops accounting and finance performance measures that align with the support the Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; CPA Minimum of 10 years of financial management experience, with at least 10 years in With experience and background with NetSuite Strong understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles Working knowledge of all statutory legislation, regulations and compliance Proven experience in financial planning and analysis with previous job experience overseeing Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills A solid understanding of financial software and systems Ability to strategize and solve problems Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
