Position Overview :
The Sales Representative will play a key role in pursuing new sales prospects and
building and maintaining relationships with freight brokers, and direct customers. The
ideal candidate has experience in intermodal or trucking sales, enjoys making phone
calls, and can identify and close new business opportunities in the Houston area. On a

Key Responsibilities :
Make daily outbound sales calls to freight brokers, and potential customers.
Develop new customer relationships and maintain existing ones to secure steady
freight orders.
Negotiate rates and terms with brokers and customers in alignment with
company policies.
Coordinate with operations and dispatch to ensure customer satisfaction and
efficient service delivery.
Maintain accurate records of sales activity, customer contacts, and quotes.
Stay informed about market trends, port operations, and competitors in the
Houston intermodal market.
Requirements
Qualifications :
Proven experience in trucking, logistics, or intermodal sales (preferred).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
Knowledge of the Port of Houston and local freight market is a plus.
Proficiency with basic computer tools (CRM, email, spreadsheets).

Requirements
Key Responsibilities : Review and organize several years’ worth of financial transactions. Reconcile bank, credit card, and payment processor statements. Classify and categorize historical income and expenses accurately. Identify discrepancies and correct errors in prior records. Work with the CEO to gather missing documents and clarify unclear transactions. Prepare accurate financial reports once all records are up to date. Set up proper bookkeeping processes for ongoing maintenance and reporting. Requirements Qualifications : Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or Accounting Specialist, ideally with experience in historical or catch-up bookkeeping projects. Strong proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks Online, Xero, or similar). Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage large volumes of historical data. Strong communication skills — comfortable asking clarifying questions when needed. Familiarity with e-commerce or retail businesses (a plus).
