Overall 2 years team lead experience, and 1 year collections supervisor background (Financial Banking / Telco / Healthcare, etc.)Responsibilities :
Supervision & Mentoring : Leading, motivating, and providing ongoing support and guidance to team members.Performance Monitoring : Tracking individual and team metrics (KPIs), conducting regular performance reviews, providing feedback, and implementing performance improvement plans when necessary.Training & Development : Providing ongoing coaching and training on collection techniques, internal systems, and customer service skills to enhance team capabilities.Workforce Management : Coordinating work assignments, managing schedules and leave requests, and ensuring appropriate staffing levels to meet operational demands.Fostering a Positive Environment : Building a motivating and collaborative work culture that encourages teamwork and continuous improvement.
