Location : Makati, Marikina, Santa Mesa

About the Role :
We’re seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our expanding team as Customer Service Representatives for our Retail Account. If you enjoy assisting customers, resolving concerns, and thriving in a dynamic environment, this is your chance to build a rewarding career in the BPO industry.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound and / or outbound customer calls, chats, or emails related to retail products and services.
- Assist customers with order inquiries, billing, returns, product availability, and account issues.
- Provide accurate and timely information to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the system.
