GEMECO is a packaging company engaged in the manufacture of tin cans for infant dietetics, beverages, meat, fish, fruits, vegetables, and other food products.

GEMECO’s customers include Angel Milk, Alaska Milk, 555 Sardines, Argentina Corned Beef, Century Tuna, Ligo Sardines, Purefoods Hormel - San Miguel, Swift, Virginia Foods, and Youngstown.

Responsibilities

Maximize the utilization of resources to meet productivity and quality goals

Drive improvements on the process and the whole production line

Ensure quality production output and meet delivery requirements

Implement the department's established policies

Ensures machine’s efficiency and good running condition at all times

Requirements

Candidate must be an Engineering graduate preferably in the field of Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, Industrial or its equivalent

With at least 8 years of experience in supervisory function

Proven leadership skills and strong decision-making skills

Team player and with good interpersonal skills
