We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who can own day-to-day content execution across video editing, graphics, and copywriting. This role is built for someone who loves creating, iterating, and producing high-quality social content quickly and consistently.
You will support brand visibility, streamline content workflows, and help turn ideas into publish-ready assets. If you have strong creative instincts, can switch between editing and writing seamlessly, and enjoy helping a brand stay active across platforms, you’ll fit this role well.

What You’ll Work On
Video Editing and Content Production
Edit short-form videos for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, or YouTube ShortsCut clips, clean audio, add captions, incorporate transitions, and apply brand consistencyRepurpose longer videos into multiple micro-content assetsGraphic Design and Visual Content
Create simple but polished graphics, carousels, thumbnails, and social templatesMaintain visual consistency across all social assetsSupport the creation of decks, social banners, and marketing visuals when neededCopywriting and Social Publishing
Write captions, hooks, headlines, and supporting copy for social postsFormat content for different platforms while maintaining brand voiceSchedule posts and assist with basic community engagementContent Operations and Workflow Support
Maintain content calendars and track monthly publishing cadencesOrganize raw footage, creative assets, and templatesSupport brainstorming sessions and help generate new content ideasPrepare weekly summaries of performance or content output when neededWhat You Bring
2 to 4 years of experience in social media, content creation, or a creative assistant roleStrong video editing skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut, or similar)Graphic design ability using tools like Canva or FigmaSolid copywriting skills with an eye for clean, engaging messagingHighly organized with reliable follow-through on deadlinesComfortable creating multiple posts per week across different formatsTech-savvy and able to learn new creative or scheduling tools quicklyNice to Have
