Job descriptionensure standard procedures are adhered to by the fitters all the functions that the customer had subscribed to are working. Create post-fitment related incident reports and provide necessary recommendations as needed for customers Continuously update technical knowledge and skills Minimum Diploma / Bachelor in Computer / Electronic Engineering / Telecommunication / Automotive Engineering or related discipline Entry levels are welcome to apply Proficient in written and spoken English to handle customer queries Must have a pleasant personality with high levels of motivation and enthusiasm Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to work outside regular business hours as required

Job Description :
- Collaborate with Global teams to implement and maintain Cartrack projects
- Document technical procedures, user manuals, and FAQs
- Provide technical support for any device-related matters or issue (device, fuel, firmware, and functionality issues raised by customers)
- Create price codes as part of the vehicle information capture process for new and existing customers
Conduct post-fitment checks for newly installed Cartrack products on customer vehicles to :
