The Panel Operation Manager leads and manages the Panel & Product Operation pod, ensuring daily operations align with overall panel and product strategies. This role focuses on enhancing operational efficiency and stability while continuously improving processes. Key responsibilities include supporting the development of a team member into the Panel Operation Manager role, overseeing the transition of operations and product testing for KR & CN, and owning SOP operations to ensure full execution and platform coverage.
JOB FUNCTIONS
Team Leadership & Development
Support the development and leadership transition of a team member into the Panel Operation Manager role.
Guide and manage pod members to ensure high performance, collaboration, and accountability.
Operational Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement panel and product operational strategies aligned with broader goals.
Ensure stable and efficient operations while identifying and implementing improvements.
Platform Operations & SOP Management
Lead the transition and integration of panel operations and product testing for KR / CN.
Oversee SOP operations to ensure seamless execution and full coverage across platforms.
General Responsibilities
Maintain the public image of the company.
Report financial or operational risks to management.
Act as a cooperative and active team member.
Complete administrative tasks as required.
Contribute to broader company initiatives beyond SEA Panel Management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in panel operations, online research operations, digital platform operations, or product-related operations.
Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing team members.
Hands-on experience developing and executing operational strategies aligned with business or product goals.
Experience with panelist lifecycle management.
Experience in multinational or multicultural environments, particularly APAC, preferred.

Strong leadership, mentoring, and team management skills.
Excellent project management and organizational skills; able to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
Analytical mindset with experience using data and KPIs to monitor and improve operations.
