Human Capital Analyst
Job Summary : Perform technical and professional work facilitating the timely collection of qualitative and quantitative data which supports the development, implementation, and administration of client compensation and classification programs. Conduct job evaluations, market analyses, and internal equity reviews to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provides analytical and research support for the Human Capital Consulting team, executing tasks such as classification reviews, market analyses, and compensation program updates.
- Collects, compiles, and interprets data from various sources, analyzing trends and patterns to inform strategic decisions and creating visualizations to support insights and recommendations.
- Collaborates with consultants and other staff to ensure quality assurance, address concerns, and support the overall functions of the Human Capital Team, while demonstrating strong customer service, communication, and technical skills.
- Stays up-to-date on industry trends, maintains required training and certifications, and performs other duties as assigned to meet the changing needs of the team and its customers.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in human resources, public administration, or business, with a focus on data analysis or related field.Two or more years of related experience in a human resources role conducting compensation, classification reviews, position benchmarking, market compensation analyses, job description creation, and / or benefits review in the public or private sector.Knowledge of operations, policies, and laws governing public sector entities, including position classification, salary administration, and employment standards.Strong analytical and research skills, including the ability to conduct pay equity analyses, market research, and compensation analysis using various tools and databases.Skill in compensation administration, job analysis, and position benchmarking, with the ability to develop pay plans and analyze compensation programs.Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.Proficient use of technology, including personal computers, software, and specialized compensation analysis tools, with strong skills in data collection, analysis, and reporting, as well as establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with colleagues and clients.Hybrid setup with 2x RTO in Paranaque, NCR
