Branch Supervisor - Pasig

Ability to provide information and reports, resolve issues and recommend actions to improve delivery of services to the customers

Understanding of technological developments, particularly in equipment, facilities, safety, and other features.

Ability to gain cooperation in other to coordinate the work of others or as a team player in cohesive team environment

Flexibility and capability to adjust work to operational needs and to meet emergency or changing program and or production requirements

Attend meetings, briefings, conferences as required by the customer and employer

Performs daily inspections, brakes, pads, cleanliness, time pressures and gas tank.

Filing of documents related to cars and maintenance on each respective folder

Supervise vehicle repairs in the motor pool garage

Supervises repair and preparation of all used and under deployed vehicles at the motor pool garage and other outside repair facilities.

Direct of all aspects of the repair and maintenance of vehicles

Coordinates vehicle maintenance with the fleet vendor

Directs the maintenance and control of an automotive parts inventory and disbursement.

Maintains records, prepares reports and composes correspondence relative to the work

Determines appropriate vehicle specifications to effectively meet user needs and write the specifications for vehicle ordering
