Job descriptionNeeds Assessment : Identify skill gaps and training needs through surveys, interviews, and performance analysis. Curriculum Development : Design and create training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online resources. Training Delivery : Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars using various methods. Evaluation and Feedback : Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback mechanisms and performance monitoring. One-on-One Coaching : Provide individualized guidance and support to employees.

Educational Requirement : At least 2nd year completed
Work Experience :
- Minimum of 3 years total experience (At least 6 months to 1 year as a Trainer)
- Must have experience in handling Sales Campaign
- Tools : Salesforce, PPT, Coaching & Mentoring, Microsoft Office
- New Hire classes : Training delivery, Individual and Co-facilitation, Reporting
- Non-New Hire : Floor support, Coaching, Training Needs Analysis / Training Needs Information, Work with Quality and Ops, Calibrations
