Job Responsibilities :
✨ Handle inbound and outbound calls, messages, and emails, ensuring clear and timely communication.
✨ Assist customers with product and service inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.
✨ Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients to support long-term loyalty. ✨ Manage and resolve escalated issues by coordinating with internal teams.
✨ Maintain high customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional support and service at all times.
