We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative who can run targeted outreach, build relationships with trainers and educators in the beauty and PMU space, and generate consistent demand for custom training kits. This role is ideal for someone who’s organized, friendly, and confident running outbound messaging to warm and cold prospects across Instagram, email, and niche beauty communities.
You’ll focus on connecting with PMU trainers, beauty schools, microblading educators, and related verticals — introducing them to customizable training kits and guiding them through the ordering process. If you enjoy relationship-driven selling and clear, structured outreach workflows, this role will fit you well.

Outbound Messaging and Lead Generation
Reach out to trainers, educators, academies, and institutes in the PMU and beauty industryIntroduce the custom training kit program and explain customization optionsRun structured outreach across Instagram DMs, email, and other online platformsPersonalize messages to improve response and conversion ratesLead Qualification and Follow-Up
Identify which prospects are a strong fit for custom kitsMaintain consistent follow-ups and nurture conversations until ready to orderTrack all outreach activity in a simple CRM or spreadsheetMaintain a friendly, professional communication tone that reflects the brandSales Support and Coordination
Document prospect interest, questions, and next stepsCoordinate internally with the team on new orders, active deals, or potential partnershipsShare insights on lead quality, trends, and outreach performanceWhat You Bring
