The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, developing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, engagement, and conversions across multiple channels. This role requires both creativity and data-driven decision-making to improve user experience, strengthen online presence, and support overall business growth. Key Responsibilities

2. E-Commerce Management
Optimize website content, structure, and keywords to improve organic search performance.
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify new optimization opportunities.
Monitor SEO metrics and implement improvements to increase visibility and traffic.
Enhance the e-commerce platform to improve user experience, SEO ranking, and conversion rate.
Execute retargeting and abandonment strategies to recover potential lost sales.
3. Content Marketing
Develop and implement a content strategy aligned with brand messaging.
Produce and oversee various content formats including blogs, videos, articles, and infographics.
Collaborate with the social media team and designers to maintain consistent quality and alignment with SEO requirements.
4. Social Media Strategy
Create and manage an effective social media strategy to support brand-building and campaign objectives.
Design and launch organic and paid campaigns for product launches, promotions, and brand initiatives.
Track influencer collaborations to measure impact on awareness, engagement, and conversions.
5. Email Marketing
Develop and execute email campaigns for promotions, announcements, and customer engagement.
Segment audiences to deliver personalized and relevant messaging.
Analyze email performance, conduct A / B tests, and optimize campaigns for higher engagement and conversion.
6. Paid Advertising / Digital Media
Plan and manage paid search, display, and social media advertising across platforms such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Optimize campaign performance through audience targeting, keyword strategy, bidding, and budget management.
7. Analytics & Reporting
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
Present insights, trends, and recommendations to support data-driven decision-making.
Use performance metrics to refine strategies and improve marketing outcomes.
8. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
Conduct A / B testing on website elements and email content to improve conversions.
Analyze user behavior through heatmaps and UX tools to identify improvement opportunities.
Develop retention-focused campaigns including loyalty programs and re-engagement offers.
9. Market Trends & Innovation
Stay updated on emerging trends, tools, and innovations in digital marketing.
Explore new channels, influencer partnerships, and digital platforms to expand reach and engagement.
10. Budget Management
Oversee the digital marketing budget and ensure effective utilization of resources.
Coordinate with finance for accurate reporting and adherence to spending guidelines.
11. Leadership & Team Development
Manage and mentor the digital marketing team to ensure capability development and productivity.
Recommend and attend relevant trainings for continuous professional growth.
12. Privacy & Compliance
Ensure digital practices comply with data privacy and security standards.
Adjust marketing strategies based on regulatory updates and internal compliance requirements.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in digital marketing within SEO, content marketing, social media, and paid media.
Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to interpret data and derive insights.
Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads.
Knowledge of current digital marketing best practices, trends, and optimization techniques.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage external partners when needed.
