JOB SUMMARY : The Senior Project Engineer supervises site execution and ensures compliance with design, safety, and quality standards. Senior Project Engineers are responsible for managing up to three concurrent projects (~1MWp each), coordinating subcontractors, and preparing progress reports. They also provide risk and planning inputs to senior project leaders.
- Supervise site activities and subcontractors across assigned projects.
- Ensure compliance with design, HSE, and quality standards during installation.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics to ensure timely material delivery.
- Prepare weekly and monthly site progress reports.
- Support Project Managers in identifying and mitigating risks.
- Conduct inspections and quality checks to ensure standards are met.
- Train and guide junior Project Engineers (PE1–PE2) on site practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil preferred).3–5 years solar EPC or related construction experience.Strong technical knowledge of site execution and solar installations.Experience managing subcontractors and site safety compliance.Good reporting and documentation skills.Seniority level
