Job descriptionOpen for Fresh Graduate or Collage Undergrad Open for candidates with or without BPO experience. Strong communication skills (verbal and written). Ability to multitask and navigate computer systems. Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules. Customer-oriented and eager to learn.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat messages from customers.
- Assist customers with concerns, troubleshooting, and basic account support.
- Document interactions and follow company processes and guidelines.
- Deliver a positive and professional customer experience.
- Meet performance targets such as quality, attendance, and efficiency.
