Promptly replies to email / chat from users
Answer calls from user or make calls to users when required
Provides a holistic solution to customer queries
Delivers the required service level
Accurately document customer requests
Accurately fill out online forms / sheets
Provides empathy to ensure customer satisfaction
Job Specification :
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Has previous email / chat support and call experience or any relevant customer service experience in a BPO setting
Proficient in using MS Office, particularly MS Excel
Excellent problem-solving skills
