Job descriptionIdentify, generate, and qualify B2B leads to expand the company’s client base Reach out to prospective clients, present company services, and position the firm as a trusted recruitment Conduct client presentations, handle negotiations, and perform consistent follow-ups until leads are Manage and maintain strong client relationships through continuous communication and collaboration Act as the bridge between clients and the recruitment team to ensure the effective and timely delivery of Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field At least one (1) year of experience in B2B marketing, sales, or business development is preferred Fresh graduates may apply, provided they demonstrate strong interest in marketing and confidence in Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Persuasive, self-motivated, and results-oriented
