Accounting Supervisor-CPA

Prepares monthly financial analyses, including distributing monthly revenue and expenditure reports to departments.

Analyzes and reconciles expenditure and revenue accounts.

Checks and verifies all invoices and vouchers for payment.

Monitors revenues and expenditures, ensuring data is recorded in the financial accounting system.

Monitors and supervises reimbursement billings and tracks receivables, ensures monthly reconciliation of accounts receivable.

Prepares audit schedules for external auditors.

Monitors and ensures compliance with various tax requirements including filing and remittances.

Assists in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.

Assists the Finance and Admin Manager during all phases of the budget process, especially during the preparation of the annual program budget, the quarterly and year-end reviews, and the budgetary performance reports.

Ensures accuracy in all billing statements and completeness of supporting documents.

Accounts for all sales invoices / billing statements, official receipts, and customer deposit slips were issued.

Prepares a monthly aging summary of accounts receivable and submits this to the superior for his / her evaluation. Prepares monthly aging reports of accounts receivable and submits them to the general manager for use in the regular monthly managers’ meeting.

Directly supervises the work of the lower-level accounting personnel.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field

Relevant certification such as CPA is a plus

Having at least 2 years of relevant experience in Accounting, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable

Proficient in the use of MS Excel and MS Office Applications

Knowledge of SAP / Inforsun accounting software is an advantage

Knowledgeable on Tax Requirements including filing and remittances

Ability to prepare accurate reports on required timetables
