Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Conduct legal research and prepare legal memoranda and opinions
• Draft contracts, pleadings, and other legal documents
• Assist in corporate and regulatory compliance matters
• Provide legal support to internal teams and clients
• Stay updated on legal developments and relevant laws
• Handle labor-related concerns such as employee discipline, policy reviews, and advisory on labor standards
• Must have passed the Philippine Bar Exam
• Open to fresh graduates who have passed the Bar
• With knowledge or background in labor relations and employment law
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and highly professional
• Willingness to learn and handle various legal tasks
