Job description

Title : Multimedia & Marketing Officer

Department : Marketing

Reporting To : Managing Director (Primary) ; Sales & Marketing Lead (for Events & support

for B2B and Terry’s Circle)

Employment Status : Full-time, Probationary (6 months)

Location : Head Office with coordination across branches

QUALIFICATIONS

Education :

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Multimedia Arts, Communication, Graphic Design, or

related field.

Experience :

Minimum 2 years of experience in a multimedia, marketing, or content creation

role.

Proven background in producing both digital and print materials from concept to

completion.

Experience in website content management (WordPress or similar CMS).

Familiarity with coordinating suppliers, printers, influencers, and partner

organizations.

Technical Skills :

Design & Layout : Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva

Video Editing : Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut

Digital Tools : Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp (or equivalent), Google Business

Profile

Web CMS : WordPress or similar platform for uploads and maintenance

Soft Skills :

Excellent English proficiency in both written and spoken communication.

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines.

Strong coordination and interpersonal skills.

Proactive, creative, and able to work independently and collaboratively
