1. Sales Performance & Revenue Growth
- Deliver sales targets for residential and / or commercial projects.
- Achieve broker-driven and in-house sales quotas.
- Ensure timely sell-out of new project launches.
2. Marketing Strategy & Project Launches
Develop marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads for real estate projects.Plan and execute successful project launches, open houses, roadshows, and property expos.Maximize digital marketing, social media, and traditional channels to drive inquiries and reservations.3. Broker Network & Channel Development
Build and maintain strong relationships with accredited brokers and sales channels.Organize regular broker orientations, training, and incentive programs.Expand the company’s broker network in Iloilo and nearby provinces.4. Team Leadership & Performance Management
Lead, train, and mentor the in-house sales and marketing team.Set sales targets and monitor individual / team performance.Foster a competitive, motivated, and high-performance sales culture.5. Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis
Monitor real estate trends, competitor projects, and pricing strategies.Provide insights and recommendations to refine project positioning and pricing.Identify new opportunities in Iloilo and emerging markets.6. Customer Relationship Management
Oversee the customer journey from inquiry to turnover.Ensure high customer satisfaction and handle escalations effectively.Strengthen referral and repeat buyer programs.7. Reporting & Budget Control
Prepare accurate sales forecasts, sales absorption reports, and marketing ROI analysis.Track campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.Ensure marketing spend is aligned with sales conversion goals.Job Requirements
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field ( Master’s degree is an advantage).At least 8–10 years of proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the real estate industry .Strong leadership skills with experience managing sales and marketing teams.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Results-oriented, driven, and adaptable to dynamic market conditions.Willing to be based in Iloilo (candidates from other locations must be open to relocation).#J-18808-Ljbffr
