Join our Global Monitoring Team and play a vital role in maintaining system uptime and performance. We’re looking for a proactive and analytical Monitoring Specialist with strong hands-on experience in Nagios setup, configuration, and administration ⚙️

Position Objective / Job Summary

Provide 1st-level support for all alerts and monitoring-supported services globally, ensuring prompt, professional, and courteous incident management.

Training Details

Duration : 4–6 weeks

Setup : Remote

Availability : Can start immediately

Deployment Setup

Work Arrangement : Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 days remote)

Schedule : Shifting

Key Responsibilities

Monitor network and system health, investigate alerts, and report findings using monitoring tools.

Perform initial troubleshooting, escalation, and coordination of incidents per defined procedures.

Log, tag, and perform first-level fixes for servers, networks, and applications in line with SLAs.

Collaborate with IT teams to ensure SLA compliance.

Adhere to company policies and information security standards.

Technical Competencies

Proficient in PC Operating Systems (Windows, Linux, Azure, AWS).

Strong hands-on experience with Nagios — setup, configuration, alert management, and administration are highly preferred.

Familiar with tools such as AppDynamics, Elastic, and SolarWinds.

Capable of generating scheduled reports and documenting monitoring processes.

Knowledge of ITIL framework and ticketing tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.

Minimum 3 years in monitoring or infrastructure support (problem tracking & incident management).

Advantage : Experience with applications, network environments, and customer interaction.
