IT Project Manager_Hybrid Ortigas / Makati_Up to 150K

We are hiring for IT Project Managers for a client based in Makati.

This is a hybrid role with a salary of up to 150

Shift is 9 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday.

Must have at least 6 years of IT Project Management experience particularly managing projects related to Web-based Development; API-driven Development

• Proven experience in change management
• Proficient in project management software
• Experience in gaming industry and sound knowledge of various on-line gaming
• applications is an advantage.

JOB SUMMARY

The IT PROJECT MANAGER is responsible for providing direction to the team including  planning, overseeing and documentation of all aspects of the project and workloads being worked on.

The successful candidate will work closely with the senior management to ensure that  each project is successfully deployed as well as directly manage the IT teams and workloads.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Lead the planning and implementation of IT projects

2. Directly people management of all IT teams / staff

3. Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables

4. Define project tasks and resource requirements

5. Develop full scale project plans

6. Assemble and coordinate project with the Development Team

7. Manage project resource allocation

8. Plan and schedule project timelines

9. Track project deliverables using appropriate tools

10. Provide direction and support to project team

11. Quality assurance prior project deployment

12. Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders

13. Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions

14. Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs

15. Project evaluations and assessment of results

16. Performs other functions and acts that may be assigned from time to time as the  business requires.
