Property Accounting and Collections Remote Teammate

Qualifications :

• At least 2 years of bookkeeping / accounting experience, preferably with QuickBooks Online.
• Extensive experience with Yardi (ledger management, resident accounts, reporting).
• Strong organizational and administrative skills to manage multiple accounts and payment schedules in a fast paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Comfortable working directly with a high-energy and direct client (ability to stay calm under pressure).
• Must have a reliable headset for phone calls and be available via WhatsApp for communications.
• Experience in property management or real estate accounting is an advantage.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting and reconciliation.
• Experience handling third-party platforms (e.g., Rhino for claims is a plus).
