Job descriptionMinimum of 5 years relevant experience in project management IT-related projects. Experience in a software development environment is a plus. Strong knowledge of project planning and workflow documentation. Familiarity in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project). Understanding of software development processes and Scrum methodologies. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT) Proficiency in Azure Dev-Ops. Familiarity with IT Service Management. Familiarity in Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) Proficient in writing technical documents (e.g., BRS, process flow diagrams, training plans). Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent in Conflict resolution and decision making. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Ability to translate technical concept into business terms for client. Certifications in Project Management Professional, Certified Associate in Project Management, Agile or Scrum Certifications are a plus.

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, or related fields.
