JOB SUMMARY
This critical role will participate in the transformation of how Lexmark captures its global enterprise architecture, leveraging Enterprise Digital Twin capabilities. Digital twin is a real‑time digital replica of a product, process, or system which can be used for execution, analysis, testing, and auditing.
The Enterprise Digital Twin Process Architect has two primary responsibilities :
- Fundamentally transform how Lexmark manages digital assets, by applying Lexmark’s tools, standards, methods, and governance to the design of transformed end‑to‑end enterprise processes.
- Continuously apply those capabilities as the consulting process architect to a portfolio of Lexmark projects and enhancements.
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
Supervising a team of EDT Designers from different workstreams / areas globally to capture and architect operational processes from high level value stream down to role‑based tasksIdentify and document opportunities for improvement during process modeling work sessionsProvide thought leadership within workstreams by focusing discussions on business value, strategic impact, and process transformation and simplificationLead the execution and delivery of process design workstreams, including both business and ITManage change – as changes to the workstreams are proposed, lead the impact analysis, considering short and long‑term trade‑offs, benefits, and risks, then synthesize and communicate options that will help facilitate decision‑makingManage deliverables and dependencies for the process design workstreamsConvey key milestones and dependencies to the business and IT organizationsTrack key milestones and manage any schedule or scope risks, by building and creating solid mitigation plans to ensure on‑time delivery of committed deliverablesProduce accurate and timely reporting of program statusCoordinate with internal staff in support of business development, organizational change management, and operational activity related to Digital TwinPerform governance reviews of submitted digital assets ensuring compliance with Lexmark Digital Twin existing methodologies and best practicesProvide training and guidance to new Digital Twin practitioners in order to drive scale within the Enterprise Digital Twin practiceOther duties as assignedCOMPETENCIES, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES
Business Partner Focus : Build strong relationships with stakeholders, understand business unit functions, and maintain trust while meeting performance targets.Communication : Clear and persuasive written and verbal communication; active listening; ability to present ideas effectively and keep teams informed.Analytics : Proficiency in ServiceNow platform, data analysis, report development, and integration with BI tools (e.g., Power BI); knowledge of data governance and compliance.Ownership : Results‑driven, decisive, creative, and able to influence others.BPM (Business Process Mining) : Knowledge of business processes, conformance checking, process visualization using tools like Celonis or ProM, and continuous learning in process mining.Partner Management : Maintain strategic alignment with partners and identify opportunities for tool enhancements.EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & CERTIFICATIONS BASIC REQUIREMENTS :
Bachelor’s degree (Business or Technical)Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in business process transformationExperience with Enterprise Digital Twin concepts and process modelingSkilled in process architecture and tools (Designer, Provision, MEGA, Visio; Designer preferred)Familiarity with APQC process frameworkStrong business and technical acumen with excellent analytical and problem‑solving skillsAdvanced written and verbal communication skills in EnglishProven ability to lead, collaborate, and build confidence across teamsHow to Apply?
